A dimensional, handcrafted greeting card made from paper and glue.
You rock! is one of our favorite ways to tell someone they're awesome. Turning you into ewe gave that familiar compliment a whole new visual possibility. Our original Ewe Rock design takes the joke one step further, placing a fluffy sheep proudly on top of a rock.
The sheep, rock, and lettering are created from individual pieces of paper, precision-cut by machine, then positioned, layered, and glued by hand.
Matte black cardstock forms the sheep’s body, face, and legs, with shimmering white glitter paper layered on top to create her fluffy wool. Three shades of gray matte cardstock form the rock beneath her, creating separate planes that give the impression of sunlight hitting its different surfaces. A thin matte black paper outline is carefully aligned over the three gray pieces, defining both the shape of the rock and the individual sections within it.
The farmhouse-inspired Ewe Rock lettering felt right at home with this design. Its bold, playful lettering bring a little barnyard character to the words themselves. Cut from black glitter paper, the individual pieces are carefully positioned to create the finished lettering.
Know someone who deserves some recognition? This card was made for them. From recognizing a job well done to thanking someone for their support or cheering them on, Ewe Rock adds a playful twist to the compliment. With a blank interior, there’s plenty of room to tell them exactly why they rock.
