Refund Policy

Because each card is a unique work of paper art, we cannot accept returns or exhanges. However, your satisfaction is our top priority.

 

If your cards don't meet the high standards shown here, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at  connect@mainelycards.com.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a defect that occurred during production, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

We’re happy to review the situation and make it right. Approved resolutions may include a replacement card, shop credit, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Please note:

• Minor variations in alignment, texture, or finish are a natural part of handmade work and are not considered defects.
• We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for cards that have been written in, mailed, or otherwise altered after delivery.
