We're here to make it right

Because every Mainely Card is a unique work of paper art, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your order doesn't meet our standards, we're committed to making it right.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a defect that occurred during production, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Include your order number along with photos of the card and its packaging to help us understand what happened. We'll review the situation and determine the most appropriate resolution.

Please note:

• Minor variations in alignment, texture, or finish are a natural part of handmade work and are not considered defects.
• We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for cards that have been written in, mailed, or otherwise altered after receipt.
