The Divine Lime cake slice is created from individual pieces of paper, precision-cut by machine, then positioned, layered, and glued by hand. Green paper fondant wraps around the outside of the slice. Inside, pale green paper becomes a light lime chiffon cake, sparkling green paper creates a tart lime curd center, and deep green paper becomes a vanilla lime cake, with coconut cream frosting separating the layers. A dollop of sparkling white paper whipped cream finishes the slice.
