Your Personal Card Concierge works to understand your card-giving needs, then manages a personalized Card Giving Plan built around your choices.

Dedicated Paper Artist

Your Dedicated Paper Artist transforms your choices into a one-of-a-kind greeting card, handcrafted from our original artwork and personalized for the person receiving it.

Mailed from Maine

We prepare each card according to your Card Giving Plan, personally bring them to the Post Office, and notify you when each card is on its way.

The Concierge Experience

Your Personal Card Concierge begins by learning about the people you send cards to and the occasions you want to remember. They’ll talk through each card with you, asking questions that help them understand what you have in mind and guiding you through the artwork, message, personalization, and other choices available to you. As they learn more about each recipient, they can make suggestions and work with the studio to explore possibilities that may make a card especially fitting for that person.

Once you’ve made your choices, your Concierge keeps track of everything for you. They coordinate with your Dedicated Paper Artist as each card is handcrafted, oversee the schedule for your account, make sure every card is mailed on your selected mailing date, and let you know when each card is on its way.
